- Fluency in Kurdish. Arabic and English is an asset
- Must be able to create rapport with potential buyers easily
- Familiarity with social media is needed
- Ability to explain to potential buyers details about the properties including but not limited to apartment buildings, houses, etc.
- Promote sale of properties through open houses, engagement in multiple listing services and advertisements, and community meetings, and social media platforms
- Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and offer property options within their buying power
- Pay is fully commission based with possibilities to be promoted as companies sales agent.
- Job is remote based with occasional meetings at the company for training and reporting purposes.
Must report to sales manager activities preformed during the month.
