Location: Erbil, Iraqi Kurdistan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management and other related courses
- 4 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in the same capacity with relative experience in Facility Management and Administration
- Experience in processing of Building/ Business permits
- With people-management skills, organization and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.
- Ability to be flexible, prioritize and change plans continuously in order to meet the changing demands of customers.
- Be available to work for irregular hours during the project execution stages.
- Good leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Salary will be determined after the interview
